How much does custom metal fabrication cost?
It depends on three things: how much steel, how many cuts and bends, and how much welding. The fastest way to know is to price your own part. It takes a couple of minutes and costs nothing.

How it works
Say it or drop it
Type or say the part ("wall bracket, 3/16 plate, two holes, qty 8"), sketch it, or drop a STEP file.
See it and price it
A 3D model shows up, and the engine prices the whole thing: every piece, every bend, every weld. Drawings are free.
We cut, bend and weld it
Order with a card. Our own shop in the USA builds it and ships it to you. Your STEP file and drawings come with the order.
What drives the price
- Material: the type and weight of steel, stainless or aluminum
- Cutting and bending: how many cuts, holes and bends
- Welding: how many inches of weld and how many pieces get fit together
- Quantity: setup is shared, so more pieces means less each

Why not just call a shop?
You can. Here you skip the wait: the price shows up in minutes, any time of day, and a real shop builds it.
Do I need a CAD model?
No. You can type or say what you need, or sketch it, and Conjure builds the 3D model for you. If you already have a STEP file, drop it in and it prices right away.
Is the price real?
Yes. The engine prices the material, the cutting, the bending and the welding for your part and quantity. You see the number before you pay anything. Larger welded jobs are checked by the shop before your card is charged.
How long does it take?
Plain sheet and plate jobs up to $2,500 ship in about 7 to 10 days. Welded assemblies are confirmed by the shop and run about 2 to 3 weeks.
Where is it made?
In our own fabrication shop in the Hudson Valley, New York. We ship across the US.
Do I get the STEP file and drawings?
Preview drawings are free while you price. The production STEP file and the full drawing set come with your order.
